Torchlight Media

The 2016 election season provided the impetus for this group of citizens to take up the mantle of journalists. We became dismayed at the performance of the American media complex. Within months, various threads of discussion coalesced around the idea that what must be done is what we are doing here at Torchlight. Our Statement of Purpose spells out in greater detail the many motivators for this endeavor to provide truth at the highest standard to the public.

Torchlight Media consists of a wide range of individuals from many walks of life. Yes, the people that started this company largely lean a certain way politically. We do not shy away from our ideals, nor do we allow a false dichotomy cloud our pursuit of the truth. We have made promises to ourselves and to our audience to deliver not a version of the news that can be found in the current media but to provide a spotlight on facts.
